2. Purpose of the website
The website presents UCI Global's services for clinics, hospitals and healthcare centres: headhunting, filling vacancies, reinforcements and rotations, full management of critical care units, and operational support and integrated coordination. It also presents our medical team and the centres we work with, and lets you contact us through a form, WhatsApp, phone and email.
3. Terms of use
Accessing the website makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You undertake to use the website, its content and its form in good faith, in accordance with the law and this notice, and in particular not to use them to:
- carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith or public order;
- damage, disable or overload the website or the systems of UCI Global, its providers or third parties;
- introduce viruses, malware or any system that may cause damage;
- try to access restricted areas, other people's data or UCI Global's systems;
- send false information, unsolicited advertising or third parties' data without their permission through the form;
- copy, distribute or transform the content without authorisation, or remove intellectual or industrial property notices.
UCI Global may investigate and report such conduct and cooperate with the authorities. It may also block access for anyone who breaches these terms.

Specific services, conditions and prices are always agreed in writing with each centre. UCI Global reviews the content carefully but does not guarantee that it is error-free, and may change, update or remove it at any time without notice.
5. Medical team and partner centres
The names and photographs of the professionals in our medical team are published with their consent. If you are one of them and want to change or remove your details, write to info@uciglobal.es and we will do so.
The names, trademarks and photographs of the partner centres belong to their owners. They are shown only to indicate that we work with them and do not imply that those centres endorse the website or its content.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, photographs, icons, logo, code and other content of the website, as well as the UCI Global trademark and trade name, belong to UCI Global or to third parties who have authorised their use. They are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Law), Law 17/2001 on Trademarks and other applicable rules.
You may view the website and print or save content for your personal and private use. Any other use (reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming it, in whole or in part) requires UCI Global's prior written authorisation.
